Coming with an intention is great, and generating clarity is also an option. Gathering information, exploring options, evaluating priorities, making decisions, and taking action steps are all potential parts of the process of evolution.
After reflecting on my practice over the past 10 years, I have conducted well over 1000 1-on-1 sessions and connected with thousands of individuals in live and recorded group sessions. These experiences inform my
