We will go through to complete the intake process identifying any established diagnoses, allergies, current prescriptions and herbal supplements as well as your health history to safely integrate your formula into your wellness patterns.
Pathways into Your Body
We all have unique bodies from dry skin to more oily, as well as preferences in aroma and sensation, so we will make your formula work for you. Through the use of teas, tinctures, and decoctions (for roots, seeds, and berries) and topical options such as tinctures sprays, ointments, and essential oil blends we use the method that fits with you the best.

I am happy to refill your custom blend, and your formula is part of your investment, so I thoroughly document and share this information with you including the ingredient ratios, so you can replenish your formula on your own if you choose.
