What is Biofield Tuning?
- The biofield tuning technique utilizes tuning forks in the biomagnetic field, also known as the biofield, an acoustic field of inaudible sound that surrounds the human body.
- Different areas of the field store information related to different emotions, relationships, and time periods. The chronology of the field is like the rings in a tree that reflect the history of the organism, with birth starting on the outer edge of the field and moving into the current age.
- Forks are used both diagnostically and therapeutically to locate and correct distortions in the body’s energy field, or biofield, by identifying and amplifying the resonance of stuck energy of emotional memories.
- The stronger frequency of the forks entrains the biofield into a more coherent expression. We then reintegrate the emotional energy back into the chakras and then ‘column’ the integrated chakra to connect with the external world
- Many people describe the experience as grounding, expansive, and deeply relaxing. The effects of multiple sessions are cumulative and evolve in response to individuals’ growth processes.
- Some people feel lightness or release immediately, while others experience subtle shifts that continue unfolding after the session.
Being fully hydrated for your session is very important as the sound frequencies move through the water in your body.
A typical session includes:
- CHECK-IN – A brief conversation about what you are noticing in your body on the day of the session.
- THE TUNING – Sound work with tuning forks in your field and body. The densities expressed in the subtle energy field also loosen up when events or emotions are discussed. I reflect intuitive impressions to support dialogue and movement.
- INTEGRATION – Clients experience subtle, yet profound shifts into realignment in the short term, long term, and permanently. The effects of multiple sessions are cumulative and evolve in response to individuals’ growth processes.
Biofield Tuning works on an energetic level to address patterns on individual and ancestral levels that contribute to the physiological manifestations including health challenges.
CONTRAINDICATIONS
Biofield tuning is intended for individuals in general good health and is contraindicated for people who have pacemakers, women who are pregnant, in cases of recent concussions (3-6 months), morbid obesity or anyone with any advanced or terminal disease or at the end-of-life.

We work with the intention to represent the intended focus. I explore the 4 quadrants surrounding all sides (think of N, E, S, W), and bring them all into the center after allowing the ‘static’ to resolve. To close, we will integrate all the sides and connect the intention to source.

Past Life Tuning
Exploring information related to past life themes and patterns
Past Life Tunings are a hybrid process that integrates working with a light trance state while exploring information related to past life themes, patterns, and potentially specific details that are supportive of your perspective and current process. Light from above (Sun, Source) is invited down through all of the parts of the body and grounded into the center of our Earth. I explore the 4 quadrants surrounding all sides (think of N, E, S, W), and after allowing the ‘static’ to resolve, I bring them all into the center. To close, we will integrate all the sides and connect the intention to source.

Ancestral Tuning
Invite coherence and alignment with inherited genetic bloodlines
The adjustment, opening, and connection of Earth and Sun Star chakras. Inviting coherence of the four genetic lineages as the format of the 4 cardinal directions or quadrants as follows:
- East – Paternal Grandfather
- South – Paternal Grandmother
- West – Maternal Grandmother
- North – Maternal Grandfather
As part of the closing process, we will invite the collaboration, cooperation, and integration of opposing sides of the ancestral wheel (think of the parents of each spouse dancing with the other ‘side’ at a wedding together). The intention of this process is to work with the energetic patterns connected to the bloodlines in the way they meet in you in the center as an individual, rather than making direct contact with your ancestors in spirit. If you are adopted or do not know much about your grandparents, that is just fine, this process may support a connection with their energy in your experience.
